Ceremonial tribute and farewell at LEUCO

On Thursday, November 27, 2025, LEUCO invited its employees celebrating a company anniversary this year to a festive gathering in the LEUCO cafeteria. At the same time, eleven long-standing colleagues were bid farewell as they entered their well-deserved retirement.

In his speech, Daniel Schrenk, on behalf of the Executive Board, praised the outstanding importance of the employees -- the human factor -- in the company.

He emphasized that, especially in challenging times, the experience and professional and personal skills of each individual make all the difference, and concluded with a call for optimism and courage to create something new and drive change forward.

It was particularly pleasing that almost all of the guests attended the event. This shows how deeply rooted the sense of community is within the company. Together with his fellow board members Frank Seifert and Roland Günther, he succeeded in creating an atmosphere characterized by appreciation, familiarity, and cohesion. This provided the guests with a fitting setting in which to look back on the personal milestones, formative experiences, and shared successes of those celebrating their anniversaries.

The ceremony began with a farewell to eleven long-standing employees who are retiring -- individuals who, through their commitment and attitude, have played a decisive role in shaping the LEUCO spirit over many years.

This was followed by the honoring of the anniversary celebrants, which was traditionally complemented by entertaining and appreciative anecdotes from their respective supervisors. These stories not only provided insights into the work and special moments of the honorees, but also gave the anniversary celebrants the opportunity to chat with their colleagues about old times during the subsequent get-together.

Roland Günther, Chief Technology Officer at LEUCO, was visibly surprised when his fellow board members Daniel Schrenk and Frank Seifert stepped up to the microphone again after the regular awards ceremony. The occasion was Günther's tenth anniversary with the company. Having started as Production Manager in 2015, he has since made a significant contribution to positioning LEUCO as a technologically leading and innovative tool manufacturer, according to the laudatory speech.

Before the evening transitioned into a dinner together, those present received gift baskets and certificates as a token of appreciation. The cozy celebration once again provided an opportunity for friendly get-togethers -- a central component of LEUCO's corporate culture.
